In October 2025, with Black Week approaching, we formalized the partnership to optimize peak-season performance, deliver a safe theme update, and lay the groundwork for international expansion. Oct 2025–Feb 2026 vs last year: +35% sales, +22% orders, +7% AOV (kr 1,291 vs 1,211). Conversion improved to 2.46% (up from 1.97% earlier in 2025). Loyalty strengthened: 56.4% returning customers (from 51.6%), with returning customers driving +62% revenue. Top growth categories: ulltrøyer +57%, ullstillongs +62%, ullgenser +49%. Returns fell despite higher volume, and the theme update set the store up for international expansion.
